“I try to see Valentine’s Day like Mother’s Day. I don’t lament the fact that I’m not getting breakfast in bed because I’m not a mother.”

Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day… they are just that: days. We can attach meaning to them if we want to. Love: romatic love, platonic love. (I send cards to my un-attached girl friends).
I’m single and securely so; it’s how you approach it- if you want to at all.
