I seldom make new year resolutions, but this year I’m making a promise to myself to take more time off at work. Carrying over a large number of vacation hours from one year to the next is silly. I’m going to take time off and enjoy myself in 2013!
My resolutions are physical: I will get to yoga class regularly and swim twice a week. I know it will make a huge difference in the way I feel and look and I need that to happen!
Happy 2013, Wendy and everyone!
Happy New Year, Wendy! I’m working on my resolutions this week (takes me a while!) And if I forget something, I select a single word (as in a one-word resolution) on the date of the March equinox (as it represents another new beginning).
Happy New Year Wendy!!!

Making time for yourself is a great resolution.

Without physical exercise, I’d need a lot more therapy. Good for you, Mary. Let us know how it goes.

Spring makes a lot of for resolutions, rather than the dead of winter.
