I sometimes think, “I’ve got it made, no one to answer to; no one to tell me to ‘add more salt’, no one to tell me not to watch one more Netflix show, no one that tells me to move over in bed because I sleep like a starfish, no one to judge, no one to criticize” But with all of this thinking of “NO ONE” it gets pretty lonesome. And then I look to FPS and get inspired. Or decide to hit my yoga mat and be thankful for this very moment. Or call up a friend and have some laughs, the “no ones” are fleeting. I turn back to myself and then I can smile.

Thanks for making my day, Lauren!
Thinking a lot isn’t bad pet se, it only becomes bad if you can’t find the “off” switch.
About to set the off switch for my weekly 24 hour unplug. Looking forward to it!
