Good question and one that I am contemplating a lot these days.
California, Bay Area. I’m already plotting move.
I lived in the Bay Area for 20 years. It’s the best!
Hah, I am currently interviewing for a new job, so I have had to answer this question several times over the past couple of weeks! I sometimes think that employers are just trying to test how skilled you are at bullshi**ing. I wish I could say enjoying a hot chocolate and cuddling with a fluffy animal.
Someone who saw the photo captioned it, “In 10 years, I’ll be a dog with a blond butler.”
I’m planning on retiring the middle of January and I really don’t know where I’ll be in 10 years. But the best part of that is that it will be my decision, not someone else’s decision.
It sounds like you’re looking forward to the spaciousness ahead. Do you have any post-retirement plans?
