Read thru these and glad to see some animal efforts included. Sometimes they’re forgotten. Don’t know if you’ve seen Tim Duncan’s (former San Antonio Spur) plea for help for his home of the US Virgin Islands. It was the most heartfelt, personalized plea I’ve read. It sure did move me to contribute. It’s an effort he is personally leading – including flying supplies down there. There Is so much need. Hopefully there will be sufficient responses.
It was interesting to hear that part of what experts have learned about hurricane evacuation is that people won’t leave unless they can bring their pets.
