I had a really strange morning. Woke up around 6, got ready to leave, then laid back down b/c it was still a little early, and ended up sleeping until after 10!
It felt so good.
Not exactly a nap, but.
After a decade of sleep deprivation, I’m really trying to be better about it. Reading a little about recent research by neuroscientist Matthew Walker about the consequences of sleeplessness has sobered me up. So yes, I do nap…much to the delight of the cat, who is always thrilled when I suggest it.

You must’ve needed the rest. Sounds yummy.

For how long do you nap?
