What’s for Dinner?

    Not for dinner, but I taught two friends how to can yesterday, so this will be for a meal in the future. Blueberry jam and garlic-dill pickled green beans.
    We did have some marvelous sandwiches delivered from a local organic place.

    Earlier in the week, I grilled some vegetables (zucchini, onions, and a baby eggplant), which went into a sandwich with some romesco sauce.
