I’ve been engaged 9 times in my almost 58 years on this planet.LOL
I had a problem saying NO when a man got down on one knee (usually in front of other people) and proposed. I’m hyper-empathetic & had reasoned it was kinder to say YES, & not embarrass them or break hearts in front their family or friends. Nope, I’m not about public humiliation. Being they generally asked so early on in the relationships, I knew, once enough time passed, we would go our separate ways. I couldn’t be MORE grateful!;)
