For as long as I can remember, people have been telling me I think too much. And I never quite know what they mean. (See, right there, I’m overthinking.) Can you relate? One of my role models was a woman named Betty [2], who died a few years ago at 88. She seemed to float a few inches above the usual turmoil of life, always smiling, taking things in stride. I could use more Betty.
