Couples Retreat

I had a great trip to Santa Fe, despite being the only single person with about 7 couples (I lost count). And that also makes me the only person who didn’t have to share a bathroom.

I am impressed! Not only for travelling with couples but also just with a big group. I am just going to NYC with two friends (well a friend and her friend I don’t know) for 3 nights and just picking the hotel was stressful! Can you tell I like to be in control (of everything)??

Luckily, for this party, the hosts arranged the hotel and the dinners. We didn’t have to think much, other than have a good time.

Wonderful, Wendy! What did you do in Sante Fe?

I’m off to Chicago for a long weekend later this summer–only 1 couple and 3 singles. I’m impressed at your traveling with some many couples, because that can be a drag.

My beach trip is this Saturday for a week with 3 couples, 3 singles, and 4 kids all under the age of 6 and they are all family.

Bonus I have to share a room with my sister in the bunk room LOL

What could possibly go wrong? Uggggg

I haven’t shared a bedroom in a long time – or a bathroom. I’m out of practice. Let me know how it goes.

Here I am typing from my wonderful bunk bed! Sis is up on the top sleeping and all the kids are sleeping. While I am not thrilled with the bunk bed and tiny room this trip or at least the first 12 hours has been fun 🙂 Fingers crossed the next 6 days go as well as this first one.
