What’s for dinner?

Tonight, it’s one of my favorite weekday meals – a sandwich of roast turkey, avocado, grilled red pepper and arugula with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar on Tartine country bread.

    That sounds delicious! It’s salad for me I have some leftover chicken breast and I love chicken in salad. Going to be a yummy dinner night here in Virginia 🙂
