[1]Yesterday at the airport, the TSA agent informed me that I’d been “preselected” and I wouldn’t have to remove my shoes or jacket going through security. I actually got a mental bounce from that. My trip was off to a good start. As I got to the gate about 20 minutes before boarding, I checked my email and learned that the Denver meeting that I was flying to, had been cancelled because of a family emergency. Huh?? Suddenly, I’m back in a cab on the way home, disoriented, having organized the next 3 days of my life for cold weather and a nice hotel room.
