This afternoon, I was chatting with one of my favorite dog-owner neighbors. He alerted me to an empty lot a few streets away that’s going to be converted to a hi-rise apartment building. In an already dense neighborhood, the thought of construction, more traffic and noise sent us into panic mode. And then I remembered this drawing I’d seen earlier, and thought – what if we just assumed it’s going to be okay.
