I can’t imagine a cooking life without my trusty storage containers. Through the years, I’ve amassed a formidable collection [2]. As FPS readers know, I frequently make big batches of stews, chilis, stocks, baked goods – then divvy them up, mark the date (very important!) and stow them in the freezer. Let the eating begin.
