I turned on my TV this morning and saw a black screen with a menacing red X in the middle. I rebooted all relevant devices several times, but still the red X prevailed. At 12:50 with just a few minutes to spare in between clients, I called AT&T and that jumpstarted a series of miracles.
Miracle 1: They had an appointment for this very afternoon.
Miracle 2: I was given a window between 4-8pm. The technician arrived at 3:59.
Miracle 3: He replaced my DVR box and was out the door within 15 minutes.
I’m filled with gratitude.
