Apart from the Eastern European Jewish food that I only get to eat this one time of year, I love that, at its core, the Passover holiday is about storytelling. Jews are obliged to remember and retell one of the greatest liberation sagas of all time. After cooking all weekend, I’m almost ready for the Seder. Check back for recipes tomorrow.

Hope you have a lovely holiday. Looking forward to the recipes!
The Seders were great. But I’m wiped out from all that cooking (and especially cleaning up!)
I envy you having that source of comfort. I love ritual and ceremony but was raised without any religion and at this point, I don’t believe I could be convinced by any of it.
Have a lovely Passover!
A lot of what I like about ritual is that it involves community. And so many of the Jewish traditions are an excuse to get together and eat!
