    I must agree my dog has really helped blunt my loneliness. He has brought neighbors into my life. And it feels good to know someone is waiting for me to come home. :-). Also I am in several meetup groups so there is always some event on weekends or evenings to socialize

      A few years ago when I moved into a new neighborhood, my dog was a great icebreaker. I know so many people thanks to her.

    I love it when there are lists!

    A bunch of bright colored flowers from the grocery store.
    A trip to the library.
    Something with gooey cheese on it.
    Tree pose on my yoga mat…makes me feel alive!

    -an apartment that’s perfectly sized for one
    -living in a very,very walk-friendly neighborhood
