I feel my spirits lift in April. This week we have the Daffodil Festival, then next week the tulips should be fully out.
Even though we have green all year around in California, the colors of spring still take my breath away.
It’s wildflower season here in Texas (Bluebonnets in particular)and it happens to coincide with my need to drive all over the state for business. The vast swaths of Bluebonnets, Indian Paintbrush and Columbine along the highways and in adjacent fields is a stunning display. I love this time of year.
