The above looks pretty good! A reminder that, after a very long, hard winter, I’ll be firing up the grill shortly!
My hardy New England brother has shown me photos of him grilling in the snow. Can’t imagine it. I’m sure your first spring BBQ will be awfully sweet.
Ah, that picture does look good. I BBQ year round, too; I can’t imagine not having steak over the winter – or grilled chicken, or a burger. In winter, I definitely miss the fresh vegetables on that accompany them.
I just grilled a red pepper, which goes great with a burger, or just about anything.
