You actually prove my point with this link. I’m a definite 7 3/8, and all of the identifiably women’s hats only come in one size, usually the smallest.
There are some hats (think berets or cowboy-style hats) that look more unisex, and they come in multiple sizes.
Some nice looking hats at this site, though. Not bad prices, either. Thanks for the good info.
I have one floppy summer hat that I wear on vacation when sitting out in the sun – but that only works when I don’t care about how my hair looks when I take the hat off later 🙂
If women’s hats came in 7 3/8, I’d wear them. Or at least come of them.
Why do most women’s hats only come in one size?

There’s got to be a place somewhere online that offers different hat sizes for women. If not, someone should start one.
try https://www.etsy.com/shop/StarsAndField
She does custom sizes too, up to 24″ Not sure how inches correspond to standard hat sizes, but they look nice.
Thanks, Robin. Ann, what do you think?

The sun is so intense in L.A., so I almost always wear a baseball cap during the day, which wreaks havoc on my hair.
