I’ve become a big fan of KIND bars. What’s your go-to?

    Tamari almonds!

My go-to is whatever cheese happens to be sitting in my fridge. My sister recently commented on how “sad” the inside of my fridge looks. Well she lives in a house with four family members, and I only have myself to worry about!!

Cheese and crackers. It’s a food group for me.

Nuts, lots and lots of nuts. Especially the roasted Oregon hazelnuts from Trader Joe’s! A few spoonfuls of Kalona Supernatural cottage cheese (even the 2% tastes like full-fat) is another one.

BTW, I see that we have a cheese-y group here. Now I KNOW I’m among kindred spirits!

I also eat some cheese sometimes, although my cheese-eating is more of the “devote your full attention to this marvel of milk” kind of eating. But if I have a small bit in the cheese drawer, that works as a go-to as well.

I mostly added another reply because I noted that my initials were in the Captcha!

I’m going to try and remember to devote more attention to the marvel of the cheese the next time I eat it.

Apples, nuts, and I love those Kind bars too! I also love cheese and cracker and the mini Hanover pretzels.

It is actually Snyder’s of Hanover, that is where they are made, Hanover, PA. My favorite pretzel brand. They began in 1909!

I tend to eat a handful of mixed nuts. I have a Tupperware container in the kitchen filled with them. They seem to work to quell any annoying pangs.

I Googled Kind bars & I think I need (want) to find one to try.

All the Kind bars that I’ve tried have been good, but I particularly recommend the Maple-glazed pecan and sea salt
