Well, I went to a dinner party. Food was great and I didn’t have to cook.
I’m glad to hear that you get invited to dinner parties, given what a grand host you are. Especially good news that the food was great.
I don’t know if this counts as “fun” but I mostly had a weekend wrapped in solitude. Much needed after a week of travelling to the west coast for work. I forgot how much airport travel, especially coast to coast takes out of me.
Wendy – I happened to have been in Los Angeles all last week. The weather was SO BEAUTIFUL! Of course, everyone kept saying how hot and humid it was, but for us from the east coast, it was wonderful! 🙂
I can imagine that being wrapped in solitude after coast-to-coast travel is a joyous time. We did have beautiful weather in L.A. this weekend. Not too hot. I never turned on the AC.
