    I have warm milk with Hershey’s chocolate syrup ☺ but sometimes skip this and have tea after breakfast

        Cream & sugar are required. The only time I have had black coffee that I actually liked was on an Air France flight. The coffee was devine. I could not believe it was airplane coffee! The reason I drank it black was that I couldn’t get the attention of the flight attendant, so I tried a sip and liked it! But never again since then.

    I throw on leggings and a jacket and walk the dog. At 5:30 am. Rain or Snow; it is her only walk of the day – we try to beat everyone else, because she is dog reactive. I have grown to love it; the crispness of the air, the peace, a city waking up – its a beautiful part of my day.

    Coffee for me the stronger the better. Its a bonus if I can add in a workout too.

    Decaf and/or herbal tea. Some kind of warm beverage.

    Coffee with soy milk. Lately been trying to get up and walk before work for my and the dog’s sake. I’m naturally a late sleeper so this takes training but it is a good feeling to get that in before work and to see the colors in the sky. Hoping it sticks (this time).

      Just this week, I’ve noticed how much the morning light is changing. I’m already getting wistful about summer.
