For a few weeks, there has been a pucker in my rug that’s driving me crazy. The problem is the rug is underneath the sofa, and there’s no way I can lift it. Don’t think I haven’t thought about it. But I know it would end in disaster, with my writhing on the floor in back pain. I considered calling the handyman, but for this 2 second task, that didn’t make sense. And finally, my miracle showed up. I’m in the process of refinancing my mortgage, and today, a man came over to appraise the apartment. He walked through all the rooms, taking photos and measuring. And moments before he left, I asked if he’d lift the couch. “No problem,” he said. Problem solved!
Find a Way by Anthony Burrill
This reminded me of an article I read on Oprah.com that I found helpful in expanding the way I think about things. The writer happened to use finding a spouse as an example. Your story (and the article) shows that there are multiple ways to get our needs met. Link below:

Not sure you ever saw this, Dee. It’s a post of mine from years ago, called the Husband Benefits Pie Chart. Check it out: http://bit.ly/2bGIBJt
I’m going to be getting an appraisal in the near future. Wonder what I can get him to do in my place! Hmmmm.
Think ahead. This made my day!
