    Awwwe she’s so adorable.

I don’t personally have a pet yet, but i am thinking of adopting a cat

She is adorable! I celebrated with my dog too. She’s a fiesty little rescue, and I love her to death.

What type of mix is she?

      • Amy says:

The vet wasn’t sure. She has the color of a golden lab but a smaller body, more like a corgi or a beagle. Definitely some kind of hound mix, with a pink nose and curly tail. And she’s a total snuggle bug. Having a dog has given me automatic stress relief on difficult days, and I sleep better too. I am so glad she’s there.

    She looks so content.

Aw, Rose is so beautiful. I hope she had a wonderful day!

I dream about having a dog. I work pretty unpredictable hours and travel at least once a month, so I just don’t think it would be fair to get a dog and not be at home enough for the little guy/girl. So I’ll wait it out until the day that its more feasible. In the meantime, I look forward to seeing all the doggy neighbors in my bldg and in the neighborhood.

Dogs require a lot of time and attention. So it sounds like this isn’t the right time. I’m glad you can take in some dog love in your building and hood.

It’s dog day every day for my Biscuit. I think he has trained me. He barks unpredictably and sometimes for long stretches when alone. This is a problem when you share walls with neighbors. So he spends work days with my dad and his two dogs.

For those whose schedules make it difficult to have a dog – cats are awesome too. It’s much easier to leave a cat alone than a dog. I adore my cat and she has as much personality as a dog.

    Rose looks so soft!

Rose is soft. She’s not an especially cuddly dog, though. Much to my disappointment, she happily sleeps on the opposite side of the bed.
