Greatly appreciate how on point this is. These times call for intense engagement which necessitates knowing how to rest. Several months ago I saw the documentary about James Baldwin, “i Am Not Your Negro”. After the screening, two women and one man from Black Lives Matter held a Q and A. All emphasized the necessity of emotional and physical restoration. BTW, don’t miss this documentary. It’s fantastic.

I’ve been eager to see this film, Jules. Everyone says it’s amazing. We all need to recharge and rest. There’s a lot of work to do!
