Nectar of the Gods

I’ve been working very long hours lately, and needed a reward. So I splurged on my favorite balsamic vinegar. At this price, I treat the balsamic like liquid gold. Drizzled on mozzarella, grilled vegetables, baked chicken or just about anything, it turns the ordinary into a heavenly treat.

    Well, I’m willing to spend a similar amount on fine cognac, so this doesn’t strike me as being too extravagant. Thanks for the recommendation, and enjoy your splurge!
