What’s a Habit You Refuse To Break?

Sometimes, I eat cookies for breakfast. I’m on Twitter when I should be reading a book. I refuse to give up my martini. What about you?

  1. Long lazy dim sum on Sunday mornings. Lots of calories and lots of time, but entirely worth it.

but those aren’t *bad* habits per se, are they? You are not a binge eater, or an alcoholic, and I bet you read more books than most people!
I love having the freedom to do those kinds of things (for me, pie for breakfast is even better) when you know that this kind of ‘deviation’ doesn’t trigger prolonged bad behavior.

I used to have ice cream for breakfast regularly. My morning meal reflected a lot of variety back then – there were also many times I would have cold fried chicken or pizza for breakfast, lol.

My body didn’t allow that sort of thing to continue. 🙁

I sometimes say that I’m going to break my Sudoku-a-day habit, but my actual actions are still reflecting otherwise.

I’m also prone to going at least 10mph over the speed limit (sometimes 20mph over on freeways). Since I’ve never been in a speed-related accident and I’ve only gotten two speeding tickets in my entire life (after driving for 30 years now), I’m thinking that I must be observant enough and safe enough to not break that habit anytime soon.

I’m also addicted to a word game, swipe, that I play on my iphone.
