    Hi Wendy,
Haven’t posted in a while (always lingering though), but just wanted to pop in and say I’ve definitely had a low/high type of week too. And then last night slept for an amazing 10 hrs (which i NEVER EVER do). Woke up to sunshine and it felt great!

Hope you have a good weekend.

Great to hear from you Lola. After I’ve experienced a rough patch, I realize that sometimes all you can do is just get through the day, even if it’s ugly. 10 hours of sleep sounds amazing.

Had an up/down week as well…Now on a 6 day vacation–part spent visiting a childhood friend in DC area, now in Rodanthe (Outer Banks), NC with a friend who dated the aforementioned childhood friend and with whom I’ve been friends for 25 years…Got all that? Beautiful place, quiet, uncrowded. The anti-Hamptons, anti-Jersey Shore. Back to NYC Thu. For more up/down I’m sure. Lew

Wendy, hopefully the highers become higher, and the lows become mere dips. Thank you for the thoughtful posts even during your lows. Your site is a lovely, daily read for me!

Gratitude is essential through the dips and peaks and I try to practice that several times a day. Thanks so much Kathy for your kind words.
