HAPPY NEW YEAR WENDY! I came home to find my driveway and walkway shoveled after the Wisconsin storm (8 inches of snow), so I curled up with Sherlock Holmes and a glass of red wine and said a little prayer for the nice person who gave me an evening off of shoveling! (it isn’t too bad here…25 degrees!)
Who shoveled your driveway & walkway?
Wow! 35°F in my part of Indiana. I went on a 10-mile run, a little longer than anticipated. Felt great! After my 72° Christmas, it was nice having things a bit more seasonal (though thankfully no snow to deal with). I might make some fortune cookies tomorrow.

I bought a new yellow teapot today, and plan to go on a long hike on the beach tomorrow with my old lady dog.
