There once was a time in Los Angeles when you could drive anywhere in 20 minutes. That time has long since passed (thus the “clueless” in the chart’s title). Traffic is a constant now, and it’s the most oppressive part of living here. Except for Sunday mornings at 8am, when I zoom down Sunset Blvd., arrriving at the Farmer’s Market in 4 minutes. It’s an exhilarating feeling. How’s the traffic where you live?

Isn’t there a line in the movie CLUELESS where Cher says that everything in LA takes 20 minutes?
Could be, Marsha. And though I didn’t live in L.A. in 1995, that might’ve been true then.
Parts of where I live have bad traffic at rush hour (typical rush our between downtown and suburbs)but fortunately I do all my living and working within about a 4 mile radius so I don’t deal with traffic.
That’s a very sane way to live, Claire.
I have a 10-minute car commute (45-minutes by foot) that I love! I can go home easily if I forget something.
Really dislike commuting (although I enjoy driving). When I bought my house, I was looking for a short commute and a walkable distance to work.
Do you walk sometimes to/from work?
