I have you to thank for my weekly digital detox ( only messages, weather, and directions allowed. No Instagram account and I don’t do Twitter. Have also strongly curtailed my Facebook activity. It is freedom.
Good for you! I have trouble quitting Twitter. But as far as Facebook, good riddance.
