For my Coaching website, I’m working on a new piece about procrastination. And over the weekend, I read an entire book about it. I learned that most people procrastinate about something, and the author cited examples like filing taxes, making a dentist appointment, changing smoke alarm batteries. Yes, yes and definitely YES! It was comforting to know that I have lots of company. Just one more reason to read a book.

Reading a book definitely takes you away from those things you’ve decided are in the “not today” category
What’s at the top of your not today category?
Changing wardrobe from summer to fall/ winter it’s almost like a ritual putting things away and getting sweaters, coats and shoes out.
In L.A., I have a slightly more subtle ritual. Switching out my white pants for the brown and black ones.

Where does the summer stuff go (and visa versa)?
I’m fortunate enough to have a basement so some things go there and some go in an under the bed storage box.
